A Graduation Open House Luncheon

The Menu

The Menu You will need to adjust these recipes based on your anticipated guest list. I always prefer to prepare extra food to be on the safe side. As long as you only serve a little food at a time and keep the rest refrigerated until needed, you can eat the leftovers at a later date.

Menu for a Graduation Buffet

Sherbet Punch - You might want to make several ice rings for each time you re-stock the punch bowl.

Croutons with Tapenade - Don't top the croutons with the tapenade until ready to serve.

West Indian Bean Dip - Serve this with tortilla chips or cut-up vegetables.

Slow Grilled Beef Ribs - Marinate all the ribs in advance, but place them on the grill in smaller batches so that freshly cooked ones are always available.

Ravioli Salad with Vegetables and Ham

Green Bean Salad with Basil Vinaigrette

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches (for a young graduate and friends) Cut out with star cookie cutters.

Mixed Fruit Salad - Top with slices of star fruit (carambola.)

The Future Looks Great Cake-Here is a great recipe from Wilton for a graduation cake. A simplified version of this will also do the trick.

Sugar Cookies - Cut out with star shaped cutters, of course!

An abundance of assorted cold beverages.
